Lookie at what I got! Bicycle charms and an Ollie Octopus stuffed toy made by the GentleHeroes SG project, which supports Singapore youth with autism. The kids made all the little fabric yoyo’s on the toys — those are the gathered circles of fabric that make up the bike’s wheels, Ollie’s eyes, nose, and headpieces. I think the repetitive motion and the easy task is supposed to help the kids with hand/eye coordination? Don’t take my word for it though.

I love handmade toys. They remind me of the random stuffed animals my mom used to make for the holidays.
Thanks to Esther for coordinating.
Love these and the cause they support.
